Ham hocks with pepper jelly on toast. Yes, yes, yes. Thank you, Butcher, for never letting me down, for delivering delicious, tender pork products in 3-bite sized, $6 plates.

And while I’m thanking non-humans, thank you ShakeItPhoto application on my iPhone. You’ve sparked my memory with the sound effects of Polaroid photos, and anticipation of seeing the image once it surfaces.
